Tiny update - Health bar, esthetics and "stamina"

I added a life bar, and health regeneration.

I also added "Endurance" above the stamina bar, and the values of the health and stamina.

Finally, i removed the 3D model of our character, because it won't fit with futures updates and it was really ugly.
